Mass Flow Controllers
Mass Flow Controllers are devices used to measure and control the flow rate of gases in a process system. They typically consist of a flow sensor, which measures the mass flow rate of the gas, and a control valve, which regulates the flow rate based on the input signal from a controller or computer. Mass Flow Controllers can control the flow rate of various gases, including inert gases, corrosive gases, and high-purity gases, and can be configured for different flow ranges and accuracies. Mass Flow Controllers can also include other features such as gas pressure and temperature measurement, gas mixing, and communication with other devices or systems. They are commonly used in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, biotechnology, and environmental monitoring, where precise and stable gas flow control is critical for maintaining product quality, process efficiency, and safety.
