The SUTO S401/S421 Thermal Mass Flow Meters are designed for precise and reliable measurement of flow and consumption in compressed air and technical gas systems. The S401 insertion meter is capable of installation under pressure through a ½” ball valve, allowing for maintenance without shutdowns. It supports pipes from 1″ to 12″ in diameter. The S421 inline model is designed for smaller piping systems, from ½” to 3″, and offers easy integration into existing systems.
Both models feature an integrated display for on-site readings, including real-time flow data and total consumption values. The meters are equipped with multiple output options, such as Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP with PoE support, and isolated 4-20 mA signals, ensuring seamless integration into industrial monitoring systems. The built-in wireless connectivity allows operators to configure and monitor the meters remotely using the S4C-FS mobile app.
