This advanced instrument calculates a Target Stroke Rate and determines the timing for generating a Stroke Output Pulse based on the parameters of the dosing pump and the set process ratio, which is programmed in PPM (parts per million).
It continuously monitors and measures the flow of additives alongside the main flow, allowing for real-time calculations of the overall Process Ratio and Sample Ratio. This provides an immediate PPM value for the dosing chemical, enhancing operational efficiency. The system includes flow and deviation exceptions, alarms, and permissive features to help maintain the control and integrity of your additive injection system.
