The Contrec 425.11UC is the panel mount version of the 425 Mass Flow Computer, fitted with a 4-20mA output and conformal coating, running on universal 110/240Vac power. This is the configuration to order when the flow reading needs to go somewhere else, a PLC or SCADA system, on top of the local display, and when the site conditions call for extra board protection.
Like the rest of the 425 family, it reads a pulse or frequency signal from a flowmeter and applies digital filtering so the rate display stays steady. With the 4-20mA output fitted, it’s worth confirming with us early whether you need it scaled to a specific range, since that gets set at commissioning. The conformal coating is a protective layer over the circuit board that we’d recommend for humid, dusty, or lightly corrosive environments.
