The Baumer FlexTop 2202 is an advanced temperature transmitter designed for PT100 temperature sensors with 2, 3, or 4-wire configurations. This 4 to 20 mA loop-powered transmitter features an auto-balancing option for 2-wire sensors, allowing for easy sensor cable resistance calibration. For manual configurations, a Windows-based Flex-Program with the FlexProgrammer configuring unit can be used to set various parameters such as TAG number, number of wires, cable resistance, error detection level, measuring range/unit, damping, offset, and status indication via the output connectors with 2-way communication.
With the Baumer FlexProgrammer 9701, the user can monitor measuring results or calibrate the measuring setup using the data logging facility. The FlexTop 2202 is housed in silicone, providing resistance to humid environments and fitting perfectly into the DIN B housing. It also features a 6 mm center hole for quick sensor replacement and spring-loaded mounting screws to ensure safe fastening, even in vibrating environments.
