The Anderson Negele EK series 63mm gauge is designed to withstand process temperatures of up to 140°C(284°F) and repeated inline sterilization at up to 149°C(300°F). We have incorporated a new back access re-zero adjustment as a standard feature on all models, providing greater convenience and accuracy.
When combined with the Anderson CPM fitting, the gauge can be autoclaved at 149°C(300°F) for up to one hour, ensuring reliable performance even in the most demanding applications.
In addition, the EK gauge features a unique one-inch tri-clamp fitting, making it the only sanitary gauge available with this feature. This eliminates the long-standing problem of instrumenting one-inch lines and ensures a secure fit without impinging on the diaphragm.
In summary, the Anderson Negele EK series 63mm gauge offers reliable and accurate pressure monitoring even in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. Its unique one-inch tri-clamp fitting and back access re-zero adjustment make it a highly convenient and practical solution for a wide range of applications.
