We had an enquiry from a customer who needed a two-wire loop isolator – taking in a 4~20mA signal (with excitation supply) and passing out an isolated 4~20mA loop-powered signal, DIN rail mounted. The ADtek SD-CL matches this exactly, but the same flag applies here as on its sister model, the SD-T: ADtek phased this one out as of June 2023.
This looks simple, but a phased-out model changes what we can promise. The SD-CL’s own spec is straightforward – 4~20mA input with excitation supply, isolated 2-wire loop-powered 4~20mA output, ultra-slim 7.6mm DIN rail housing, CE and RoHS certified. But since it’s no longer in production, any unit we source would be from remaining stock, and ADtek’s own datasheet for this model is only published in Chinese – there’s no English version available.
In actual application, if you specifically need this exact loop isolator for a like-for-like replacement, we can check what stock is still available. If you’re open to it, ADtek’s current AT-series or AT2 slim converters cover similar loop isolation functions with full manufacturer support and English documentation.
From our experience, before we quote this, we would normally check whether you need this specific phased-out model or are open to ADtek’s current equivalent, and confirm you’re comfortable working from a Chinese-language datasheet if we do source the original SD-CL. Hope this helps.
