  • The new Liquiphant FTL51 is specialized for the process industry and already developed according to IEC 61508 to be used directly in SIL2 and SIL3 applications without big efforts. You conduct periodic proof tests according to SIL or WHG simply mobile with an intuitive wizard. At the end you receive an automated documentation.
    Liquiphant measures reliably and is not affected by changing media properties, flow, turbulences, gas bubbles, foam, vibrations or build-up.

    • Diagnostics: Permanent diagnostics increase the safety of the plant. You connect your device via the SmartBlue App and you easily have real-time diagnostics at hand 
    • Verification: The device can be verified without process interruption. You get verification protocols about the status of your device on your smart device
    • Monitoring: With the frequency tracking of the sensor data you have all information at hand for predictive maintenance and process optimization strategies
    • With Heartbeat Technology you recognize upcoming corrosion directly
    • Periodic proof testing is quickly and simply organized with guided wizards and at the push of the proof test button
